Working Principle

The central feed of the sand making machine is accompanied by the annular waterfall and the feed material falls into the feed hopper, and then falls through the annular hole, and is divided into two strands by the bulk material tray. One strand enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the distribution tray, and the other strand falls from the periphery of the distribution tray, and the material that enters the impeller is thrown out at high speed after being rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and is first crushed with another part of the material in free fall around the bulk material tray, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or on the impact block) in the surrounding vortex cavity together, which is first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflects to move downward, and the material emitted from the impeller flow channel collides to form a continuous material curtain, and finally discharges through the lower discharge port.

 

 

Project examples

The high-efficiency impact crusher uses a waterfall feeding system to introduce a second material flow into the crushing chamber with a certain amount of control. The material density in the crushing chamber is increased, which promotes the energy exchange between the particles. The material entering the crushing chamber collides violently with the suspended material and the material liner, and collides with the material emitted from the runner again, and the material that has lost energy is discharged from the crushing chamber. When the crusher is running, the waterfall feeding system can adjust the size of the waterfall through external hydraulics to control the particle size composition of the product.
